HOW IT WORKS
Carbon filtering is a method of filtration that uses a bed of activated carbon to remove contaminants and impurities, using chemical adsorption. Active charcoal carbon filters are most effective at removing chlorine, sediment, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), taste and odor from water.
Pre-carbon filter is composed of high-performance activated carbon that removes 99% of all chlorine, lead, dissolved Trichloromethane, odor, microbial cysts, organic contaminants, pesticides and chemicals that affect taste and odor.

Orders placed and received before 2:00 p.m. (EST) Monday through Friday, are processed the day the order is placed. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. (EST), will be processed the following business day. This applies to in-stock items. Orders may be delayed by increased holiday business, out-of-stock items, or unforeseen difficulties. Drinkpod will make every attempt to meet shipping deadlines. Please note that our warehouses do not ship on weekends, nor is Saturday or Sunday delivery available.
The primary way in which Drinkpod ships our products is via UPS or FedEx Standard Ground Shipping. Delivery time with this ship method is usually between 3 and 5 business days once the product ships. We can arrange for expedited Next Day, Second Day, or Three-Day shipping for this ship method – but we will need to give you the additional cost on the phone or via email. We will let you know what the new shipping cost will be for your expedited request before processing the order.
Confirmation and Tracking Emails
You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order. You will also receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships.
Drinkpod calculates shipping based on current UPS / FedEx commercial shipping rate tables, weight of the product and the final delivery destination. These fees will be fair and as inexpensive as we can make them. Please note that all shipping charges are for standard ground delivery within the lower 48 United States, unless otherwise noted. Free ground shipping may be offered at times. Drinkpod cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APOs or FPOs.
We take as many steps as possible to ensure that the product you receive is in perfect working condition. However, occasionally, a product may be damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged product delivered by Federal Express or UPS, please give us a call immediately. If the unit is damaged, we ask that you refuse the shipment or notate the damage on the packing slip and give us a call immediately. If you do sign for a product with concealed damage, we will replace the unit with one in perfect working condition as long as you notify us 48 hours after receipt of the product (Excluding holidays and weekends) *. However, we can get a new unit to you faster if you notice the damage on arrival and refuse the shipment.
Please note the shipping companies operating on our behalf to pick up a product will only make one attempt at pick-up. You must have the product available for pick up at that time.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Drinkpod reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Drinkpod reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Forms of Payment
Drinkpod accepts the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept payments via PayPal. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (this is the address where your credit card company sends your statements). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed. We reserve the right to cancel any orders without prior notice where the credit card billing address is not located within the United States.
Drinkpod also accepts cashier’s checks and company checks. Orders with company checks or cashier’s checks are processed upon receipt of funds. If you wish to pay by one of these methods please give us a call at 1-844-374-6576. We can prepare an invoice in advance and send it to you via email. This way, you will have the exact amount and can the document to get approval from the appropriate staff.

If for some unforeseen reason an item is no longer available, or will be backordered for an extended period of time, you will be notified as soon as possible. Items found on this website are generally available to be shipped within 1 to 10 business days. Once shipped, most products will arrive within 3 – 7 business days depending on the destination.
You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been shipped. Please note that a small percentage of orders cannot be stopped from shipping out of our warehouse even though they may not have physically left the premises. In these rare instances, the customer will be responsible for whatever shipping charges are incurred.
Typically, most orders are filled and shipped within 24 to 48 hours from the time they are received. The Drinkpod Customer Service desk can inform you of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order can be cancelled for a full refund. Please contact them during the listed service hours of 8am to 5pm EST Monday through Friday. Please do not email cancellation requests, as we may not receive them due to the imperfect delivery method of email transmissions. Once an item is shipped the terms of our Returns policy will take effect. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on any cancelled orders.
Most products may be returned for any reason within the first 14 days after delivery. Returned products must be in a new (unused), fully functional, and undamaged condition, and must include the original box, packing materials, manuals, and accessories. All returns must have a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE AND THE PURCHASER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF THE RETURN SHIPPING. All returns will be inspected and Drinkpod reserves the right to adjust the refund on the return depending upon the condition of the returned product.
We are not able to accept returns of water filters due to health concerns. You may keep the filters and the value of the filters posted on our website will be deducted from the refund.
Please call 1-844-374-6576 prior to returning any item to receive a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. The water cooler must be returned in the original packaging and intact within 14 days of delivery. Returned water cooler(s) must be shipped within two weeks of issuance of a Return Authorization Number to be eligible for a refund. A refund will be issued within 30 days after the returned water cooler has been received and inspected.
If you are returning the item because it was damaged in transit, we will gladly exchange it or give you a refund for the full amount of the merchandise so long as you contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Damaged products must have the original box, packaging materials, manuals, and accessories. Once we are contacted in accordance with the above procedures, we will have the shipping company return to the delivery location to pick up the damaged product. Please make sure the product is available and ready for the pick-up attempt in order to avoid delays and possible cancellation of the pick-up. If you do not make the product available for pick-up, you will be required to ship the product back yourself. Please call us ASAP at 1-844-374-6576 to set up a return for a damaged product.
All defective products will be handled under the terms of the warranty.
